Trumbull Kitchen in Hartford presents a Patron dinner Feb. 27 at 6 p.m., pairing craft tequila cocktails by mixologist Derek Vitale with Mexican-inspired dishes by executive chef Chris Torla.

Tempiquena: Grilled skirt steak, rajas, enchiladas, black beans , guacamole (Smoked Agave Old Fashioned with Patron Anejo)
Tamales de Chocolate: Mexican chocolate, golden raisins, vanilla bean, mint (Tequila Cafe with Patron Dark Cocoa)
