MANCHESTER — A woman suspected of using stolen credit card to buy $16,000 in gift cards at Target in South Windsor Saturday is being sought by police.

Police in Manchester said the suspect stole a wallet out of a customer's purse at Panera Bread on Deming Street in Manchester. The suspect immediately used the credit card to buy eight, $2,000 gift cards at the store, police said.
